Just a general request

I'm looking for a somewhat decent fun character to play as, since my options of finding characters that AREN'T Shin God Orochi Omega Level 9001 shit, and below Kung Fu Mario are limiting, its become quite a chore to look for characters.

However, I'm hoping you good fellow here will be quite alright with recommending me with a few characters and perhaps links to said characters.

Could someone also throw in the latest version of Ronald Mcdonald, my version has a very odd effect with his apple bomb attack, and I rather not have to limit myself to not using that attack.
